2027 Open Enrollment: November 1, 2026 – January 15, 2027

• Have your estimated 2027 household income, age(s), and ZIP code ready.

• Apply by December 15, 2026 for coverage beginning January 1, 2027.

• Applications completed after December 15 will generally have a February 1, 2027 effective date.

• Outside Open Enrollment, you may be able to apply up to 60 days before losing other qualifying coverage through a Special Enrollment Period.
